Welcome to the Old Wymondhamians, the official link between past pupils and staff and the College.
Every former student, member of staff or Governor of Wymondham College is considered an Old Wymondhamian.
The Old Wymondhamians Committee works hard to maintain contact with all former pupils and staff and also preserve the history and heritage of the College and its previous life as a USAAF hospital in the Second World War. We organise and coordinate reunions, networking, sporting and other social events.
The ‘OWs’ also help raise much needed funds to support the College and students. Please do take a moment to join the 100 Club, where from just £5pm you will both help with fund raising and also have a chance to win some fabulous monthly prizes too. Many Old Wymondhamians are also increasingly considering giving via regular and/or one-off donations and via a legacy in their will.

A message from the College ……..
May you please pass on to you members that Yvonne Florence Bulter 2/6/56 passed away in February 2023. She was at the College between 1966-1972 and her husband Paul Wheeler would love to hear from any of her former/College friends.

We think …. Just looking through the School Directory that I have for 1971/72 and it is actually Yvonne Butler! She was a boarder in Winchester & in Year 53 in 1971/72.

It is sad news to advise the Don passed away on Wednesday last (16/23 September 2026). Don was at Gloucester House 1963 – 68. A group of us from Gloucester had mini reunions. The last one being when I came over from Australia and we met at The Old Windmill a couple of years ago. Our condolences go to Don’s wife Pam and his children.

The November OW 100 club draw will be held at The Noon Gun [formerly The Canary & Linnet] at Little Fransham [on the A47 twixt Swaffham & Dereham] on Wednesday 18th November 2026. This has just reopened under its new name & deserves a visit from us.
The December 2026 OW 100 club STAR draw will be held at The Queen of Iceni, Riverside Road, Norwich on Thursday 10th December 2026 from noon, when we will be joining the “60’s bunch“ for their annual Christmas get together.
